2.) Montana Firearms Freedom Act – Exempts firearms, ammunition, and accessories made, bought, and used only in Montana from federal regulations made under the Commerce Clause of the U. S. Constitution. Became law in 2009. http://data.opi.mt.gov/bills/2009/billhtml/HB0246.htm

4.) State Authority and Anti-Racketeering Act – Proposed bill by Georgia candidate for governor Ray McBerry. Calls for the arrest of any federal official who attempted to enforce an unconstitutional federal act within Georgia’s territory. http://www.georgiafirst.org/governor/bills.shtml
5.) State Authority and Federal Tax Fund Act – Proposed bill by Georgia candidate for governor Ray McBerry. Calls for all federal tax revenue raised in Georgia to be held by the Georgia Dept. of Revenue.
